After noticing I was a few shows away from seeing one every day for two weeks, I decided to push myself to further that run until I couldn't push it any farther. I had a great time. A ton of these shows were planned well in advance, but a number of my favorites turned out to be the ones I didn't plan until hours before the evening. It was a lot of fun prospecting which of the small-print back of the Isthmus/Internet shows would end up being winners. I ended up seeing 49 concerts in 45 days. Though I did attend an individual show each calendar day, there was one evening where I attended a show in the early evening and another after midnight, which I used to count for the next calendar day. If you think that's cheating, I'll happily concede.
